Chicken Fried...Chicken?

What a week last week. The 40th Anniversary picnic went so smooth, well except Greg's car breaking down on the way. That aside, over 400 people came out and we fed'm all. It was crazy and fun.
Back to it this weekend, we're putting on a few new things, Country Fried Chicken with Smoked Black Pepper Gravy, BBQ Bacon wrapped Water Chestnuts and a Broccoli Salad.
For dessert we will have a Stawberry Pudding and a Monster CatHead's Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich.
I am most excited about the Country Fried Chicken. It's like a cross between schnitzel and fried chicken. Mmmmm!!
Come on down and get some.
