It's Catering Season!!

Let it begin...
Catering season begins this week. Turns out that a group from the Art Institute invited us to be a vendor at their event this last Wednesday. The turn out was great.
Business as usual at The Corner on Saturday. It's supposed to be beautiful with highs approaching the 80's. We are ready!
Sunday we are going to be in Glen Ridge Canyon doing a 40th anniversary party for a few hundred. Busy, busy, busy!!!
This last week we we're invited to be in a Rib-Off on July 3rd at The Coffee Bar in the Mission, more details to come!

Ya'll have been asking for it so...

Last week was incredible, we debuted a few new dishes. The Smoked Black Pepper Gravy and the Pinto Bean Chowder were the stars of lunch. The Cornbread Salad and the CatHead's 
Monster Cookie were the top sellers for dinner. 
Nothin' but empty plates coming back! 

This week we are doing some Country Baked Eggs with Asparagus. Pretty sure that'll be killer. And for dinner by popular request, we are bringing the Loaded Big Ass Baked Potato back. So get your butts down here on Saturday!!

Good GRAVY!!!

We are debuting several new dishes this week. First off the Smoked Black Pepper Gravy over a Cheddar & Green Onion CatHead Biscuit is what we're most excited about. Then again we added our Pinto Bean Chowder with Cornbread. This is a meal in itself. Beans, Greens and Cornbread...How can ya go wrong? For dinner we have Peppered Roast Beef Sandwich with Pimento Cheese Sauce. And for dessert, CatHead's Monster Cookies. These big ass cookie sare fully loaded. Holy Moly!!! We have a feeling that there are gonna be some very satisfied people leaving CatHead's this week.
